Volunteers with Passion
The OKOVO (Otaru snow gleaming festival KOrean VOlunteers) was established in 2003 to deepen mutual understanding and friendship between Korea and Japan through participation in the Otaru Yuki Akari-no Michi (Snow Gleaming Festival) in Hokkaido, Japan.
At the same time, it aims to establish strong and warm-hearted relationship, as well as to publicize Korea to the world. To this end, the OKOVO has made effort to establish the continuous and future-oriented network of international voluntary service. |
